Mental and emotional toughness is vital to help kids and adults work through difficult situations and strong emotions. Teaching our children at a young age to learn tools such as meditation, breathwork, mantras, self pep-talks, proper goal setting, dream building, and self image development skills helps set them up for success later in life. While all our camps and classes incorporate these growth experiences this week has an extra focus on experiencing and practicing successfully applying these skills.breathwork, mantras, self pep-talks, proper goal setting, dream building, and self image development skills helps set them up for success later in life.
